Hi well my name is not my codename is Zero Zero, among other pop rock indie rock I shorter.
I'm 14 and this blog is a school project for English.
Let's leave aside the presentations and go to rock

The indie rock is a musical genre emerged in the United Kingdom and the United States during the 1980s.'s Rooted in older genres such as alternative rock often used to describe the means of production and distribution of independent underground music dissociated from major labels.

Indie rock is much more than that, there are several bands that demonstrate this talent. Here's my 5 favorite indie rock bands:

5 Place:

The Zutons are a band formed in Liverpool, England, the quintet has its members with an average age of 20 and 23 years whose his first album is called Who Killed The Zutons?.

The sound of The Zutons is a mix between the traditional rock of their land (Beatles, Rolling Stones) with the new rock (Franz Ferdinand, White Stripes) and interventions funk and soul music of the 1960s and 1970s (Funkadelic, Prince) .
By having its members in the same city and Seal split and producer, the group has been compared to The Coral. The sound, however, is not as similar as it seems.

Zutons is a quintet comprising:

Dave McCabe - Vocals and Guitar
Sean Payne - Drums
Russell Pritchard - Bass
Boyan Chowdhury - Vocal and Guitar
Abi Harding - Saxophone.

Not the world's most famous rock footprint but the soul and makes anyone fall in love for the band their best song in my opinão is 'Valerie'.

'The Kills' band created in 2000 formed by American Allison Moshart VV (vocals and guitars) and British Jamie Hotel in my opinion one of the best in indie rock and her best song "Future Stars Slow

The Mars Volta was an American band founded by Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, in 2001. Were considered as a progressive rock band with extensive experimentation, and with influences from jazz fusion, psychedelic rock, hard rock, punk rock and Latin music. They were known for their vigorous and shows, with extensive live improvisation, and also for their concept albums.

Members of At the Drive -In , Cedric Bixler - Zavala and Omar Rodriguez - Lopez , the band were part of DeFacto with audio technician Jeremy Michael Ward since the mid 90s . DeFacto had Cedric on drums , Omar on bass and Jeremy on vocals and distorting effects . Despite having been started as a local band with rock style, they were influenced by reggae pioneers like Lee Perry and Dr. Alimantado . The group also used electronic music , latin music, salsa and jazz fusion , which resulted in a distinct and universal sound. The band performed at venues near his hometown of El Paso , Texas , and released their first album How do you dub ? You Fight for Dub . You plug in Dub . When he moved to Long Beach , California in 2000 the band added keyboardist Isaiah " Ikey " Owens . Ikey brought a new tone for the DeFacto that generated a popularity that did not exist before . In 2001 , DeFacto released their second album , Megaton Shotblast , achieving instant success . The DeFacto continued experimenting with new sounds by Omar . Cedric decided to end the At the Drive -In ( the rest of the band formed Sparta ) . Eva Gardner joined the band , which created The Mars Volta - a new project designed to fulfill their creative desires . Their name for the first public show in Anaheim , California was DeFacto Eva Gardner + + Jon Theodore . During 2001, the band recorded two songs with Alex Newport , resulting in their first demo . Recorded three more tracks with Alex Newport , which became the album Tremulant EP , released in early 2002. Tremulant consisted of the songs " Cut That City " , " Concertina " and " Eunuch Provocateur " . The EP was a fusion of progressive rock , salsa and experimental music .

This band is sincerely excellent but unfortunately came to an end in late 2012 they were awesome at our perfect jazz influence.
In my opnion 'The Window' is the best song the band.

Bastille: (stylized as BΔSTILLE) is an English indie rock band formed in London in 2010 had as I start a solo project of singer-songwriter Dan Smith, who decided later form a band.. The quartet is composed by Daniel Smith, Chris Wood, William Farquarson and Kyle Simmons. The band's name derives from the Bastille Day - an event celebrated on the birthday of Daniel Smith, July 14.

In December 2010, EMI Music announced that it had offered a recording contract with Virgin Records with the band's debut single, "Overjoyed" was subsequently released in April 2012. Their second single, "Bad Blood", is also part of the first album by the band, released in August 2012 and achieved moderate success in the UK, peaking at number ninety. The third track Bad Blood (album) entitled "Flaws", became the first group to enter the Top 40 charts, debuting at number twenty-one.

In February 2013, before the release of his debut album, single room, "Pompeii", reaching number two in the UK. Their first studio album, titled Bad Blood, was released in March 2013 and debuted atop the UK Albums Chart.

Imagine Dragons is an indie rock band formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The group's name is an anagram, but the original word is unknown, except for the band members.

Soon after graduating in 2008, the band released two EPs titled Imagine Dragons Hell and Silence EP3 and EP4, in 2010, both recorded in Battle Born Studios. They returned to the studio in 2011. Another EP, It's Time, was done before they sign a contract with a record company.
So, they are amazing songs, lyrics, pop rap, the influence (quoted above will) in Muse, The Beatles is indisputably their talent.
Best song "It's Time

Then that's it until the next people kisses!!!!!!
